Tazewell Speedway officials have rescheduled the UCRA Jim Arnwine Memorial for Saturday, March 23. Fresh clay was put on the speedway in the fall and officials are trying to get more laps on the track before having a race. An open practice has been scheduled for Saturday, March 16. The practice is open to all classes. Gates will open at noon. The practice is scheduled to go from 1:00 until 5:00. Pit admission is $20 per person. The grandstands will be open for free.
