Topless Outlaws returning May 6 for Bill Ogle Memorial

Tazewell Speedway will play host to the Topless Outlaws Late Model Series presented by Stanley Best Heating & Air on Saturday, May 6. The $3,0001 to win Bill Ogle Memorial will be the series’ first points race of the season.

Many of the area’s top steel head dirt late model drivers are expected for this race.

Also racing on Saturday will be sportsman for $800 to win, classic cars for $500 to win, street stocks for $500 to win, and four cylinders for $400 to win.

General admission tickets are $15 for adults with kids 9 and under admitted free with a paying adult. Pit passes are $35 for adults, kids 12 and under are $25. Pit gates open at 3:00 and grandstand gates open at 5:00.  The drivers meeting is scheduled for 6:30, racing will start at 7:00.

There will be a 50/50 drawing with proceeds going to the family of Roy Sewell, Jr., who passed away while in the line of duty with North Tazewell Volunteer Fire Department.

There will be no personal ATV vehicles allowed in the pit area which includes 4-wheelers, side-by-sides, and golf carts. No personal vehicles allowed in the pits except for those going to handicap parking.

Tazewell Speedway is located just two miles northwest of Tazewell, Tennessee. Going north on US 25-E, turn right and then left onto Bacchus Rd, and then 1.8 miles north, then .8 miles west and the race track is located on the left.
