The 2022 race season at Tazewell Speedway begins this Saturday, April 2 with the UCRA Jim Arnwine Memorial. Crate late model racers from across the region will be competing on the high banks of Tazewell Speedway for a $3,001 top prize.
Also racing will be sportsman late models for $800 to win, classic cars for $500 to win, street stocks for $500 to win and four cylinders for $400 to win.
Pit gates open at 2:00, grandstand gates open at 4:00. The drivers meeting is set for 4:00. Hot laps will begin at 5:00.
General admission tickets are $15 for adults, kids 9 and under are free. Pit passes are $35 for adults, kids 12 and under are $25.
