Tazewell Speedway has announced the schedule for the 2022 race season. As in years past, the schedule is loaded with lots of great points racing action and special events.
The season gets under way on March 26 when the United Crate Racing Alliance returns for a $3,011 to win Jim Arnwine Memorial. The UCRA series will also make visits to Tazewell Speedway on May 29, August 27, and the season finale on October 1st.
The 2nd annual Lil Bill Corum Memorial presented by Toyota of Knoxville is set of April 16. Just like last year, the 2022 edition will be a $21,000 to win race. The race will be co-sanctioned by the Schaeffer’s Spring Nationals and Valvoline Iron Man Series.
The Topless Outlaws will make two appearances in 2022, the first will be May 14 and the second will be August 13 for the 3rd annual Bill Ogle Memorial.
Tazewell Speedway will be the host for the final race of the Schaeffer’s Southern Nationals for the 18th year in a row on July 30. The $10,053 to win race is always a fan favorite.
The Valvoline Iron Man Series will make two other appearances at Tazewell Speedway. The second visit will be July 3 for a $5,000 to win race. The final visit will be for the 14th annual Buddy Rogers Memorial on Sunday, September 4.
