The 2019 season opener at Tazewell Speedway is set for this Saturday, March 30. The year’s Charles Trammell Memorial is headlined by the American Crate All-Stars for $2,500 to win. Some of the area’s top crate late model drivers are expected for this event.
Also racing will be sportsman for $800 to win, super stocks for $600 to win, street stocks, classic cars, and four cylinders for $400 to win each.
Pit gates will open at 4:00 and grandstand gates will open at 5:00. The drivers meeting is scheduled for 6:00 with hot laps beginning at 7:00.
General admission tickets are $15 for adults. Kids 9 and under are free. Pit passes are $30, kids 12 and under are $20 with a signed release.
